Moderate to heavy showers were experienced across scattered areas of Dubai, Umm ul Quwain, Abu Dhabi-Dubai road, Expo Area (Dubai), Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Road as well as over Al Hamria (Sharjah) and Sidroh (Ras Al Khaimah). “Moderate to fresh winds, and strong at times, causing blowing dust and sand, reducing horizontal visibility.
