Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai; and Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, also sent similar messages of commiserations to the Kuwaiti Emir, official news agency WAM reported. Sheikha Nouria Ahmad Al Jaber was the widow of Sheikh Sabah Salem Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah. She was 96, Kuwaiti news agency KUNA reported.
