UAE declares public sector holidays for Eid Al Adha

The first day of Eid Al Adha will fall on Tuesday, July 20

The UAE has declared Eid Al Adha holidays for public sector workers in the country.

All ministries and federal agencies will be on holiday from Monday, July 19 until Thursday, July 22 to mark the occasion, the Federal Authority For Government Human Resources (FAHR) announced on Sunday.

They will resume work from Sunday, July 25.

Private sector holidays are yet to be announced, but will likely fall on the same dates.

Saudi had announced earlier that the first day of Eid Al Adha will fall on Tuesday, July 20.
