UAE announces 1,317 new Covid-19 cases, 655 recoveries, and 5 deaths

The UAE has announced 1,317 new coronavirus cases, bringing the total number of recorded cases in the country to 172,751.

The Ministry of Health and Prevention, MoHAP, also announced five deaths due to Covid-19 complications, bringing the total number of deaths in the country to 585.

The Ministry announced that it conducted 132,380 additional Covid-19 tests over the past 24 hours.

MoHAP also noted that an additional 655 individuals had fully recovered from Covid-19, bringing the total number of recoveries to 157,035.

According to the Ministry, the infected individuals are from various nationalities, are in a stable condition, and are receiving the necessary care.
