Tripoli-Based Trader Offers Libyan Oil To UAE Firm In Fraud Attempt

An unauthorized Tripoli-based official has offered Libyan crude to a firm in the United Arab Emirates, which is attempted fraud, an official with the recognised government said on Tuesday.
The internationally recognized government earlier said all oil sales needed to be routed through a state oil firm based in the east.
