Dubai’s real-estate market is riding high – residential property prices are soaring and thanks to winning the mandate for the World Expo 2020 bid, the emirate’s real-estate associated projects value pipeline stands at $342 billion, according to MEED Projects. The top 10 mega-projects in Dubai alone are worth almost $240 billion, the report found.
