The residency and work permit can be renewed through Bahrain’s Expatriate Management System or official Labour Market Regularly Authority channels
Passengers from all countries will also be allowed to transit through the UAE, provided that they furnish a PCR test taken not more than 72 hours prior to departure
The two entities will collaborate on special residency programmes including the Virtual Working programme, Golden Visas for investors and retirement visa too
The decision applies to expat workers who do not have a university degree
