Since 2006, the share of journeys made using public and shared transport has increased from 6 per cent to 21.6 per cent by the end of 2024
Once completed, it is expected to significantly improve traffic flow, cut travel times, and enhance access to key business and residential districts
The enhancements are part of RTA’s broader initiative to support Dubai’s growing population and expanding urban footprint
The process reduces manual inspections by up to 70 per cent and improves infrastructure assessment capabilities by 40 per cent
