Surf Abu Dhabi to open in october

Surf Abu Dhabi, a new surf park featuring the world’s most advanced man-made wave, is set to open its doors to the public in October, developers announced on Monday.

The facility, located on Hudayriyat Island, has been developed by Modon in collaboration with the Kelly Slater Wave Company, a recognised name in artificial wave technology.

The park is part of a broader effort to enhance Hudayriyat Island’s appeal as a premier destination for sports, leisure, and hospitality in the UAE.

The destination features the world’s longest ride, the world’s biggest barrel, together with the world’s highest man-made wave.

Surf Abu Dhabi’s WSL (World Surf League) certification will enable it to host professional surfing events.

Surf Abu Dhabi to welcome surfing fans of all skill levels

Surf Abu Dhabi is designed to cater to surfers of all skill levels, from beginners to professionals, promising a unique experience in a controlled environment.

The project is expected to attract surfing enthusiasts from around the world and boost the UAE and overall region’s tourism sector.
