Dubai-based Sunset Hospitality Group will open a brand-new dining and entertainment concept in the city this month.

Located within The Address Beach Resort, Dream, promises to be an artsy, unapologetically eccentric (think giant 3D pink giraffe on the wall in the men’s room and a 3D gorilla on the ceiling of the women’s powder room) space.

Dream will offer a ‘dinner and a show’ concept which combines the very best of culinary art with an eclectic mix of avant-garde theatrical and artistic performances.

Orchestrated by choreographer Pierre Khadra who has worked with international and regional celebrities from the likes of Ricky Martin and Andrea Bocelli to Myriam Fares and Wael Kfoury, Dream promises to offer a multi-sensory experience to diners.

The show’s performances pay tribute to the streets of Paris, Broadway in New York and to the Far East as well, exploring China while showcasing a dazzle of colors inspired by India’s Bollywood. The performances include dancers, singers, acrobats, performers.

It’s Mediterranean-inspired fine dining menu includes signature offerings including a truffle and caviar Pizza, a whole salt baked sea bass and a cote de boeuf.

Garden of Dreams is located on the expansive terrace of Dream. It will offer sundowners, bites and hookah with live music, in a space hidden away by lush greenery on the waterfront, overlooking Bluewater Island.

“In a city that never fails to impress, Dream and Garden of Dreams is something that is unlike anything seen before. In line with our ethos to introduce unique, pioneering concepts to Dubai and beyond, the Dream experience takes guests on a remarkable journey that will be talked about for weeks and months to follow,” said Nazih Hafez, COO of Sunset Hospitality Group.

This year has seen a slew of openings from the group including L’Amo, Aura, Sushisamba and Mott 32.
