The bus service, also known as AUH Express, provides convenient access to Abu Dhabi International Airport’s airlines’ network, who between them offer flights to over 100 destinations. The airport shuttle service is available round the clock, with tickets priced at Dhs35 per ride. Your wishes have not gone unanswered. Passenger traffic has also recovered strongly at Abu Dhabi International during 2022, and we anticipate further growth between now and the end of the year. As always, we are proud to serve as a key regional air hub and the emirate’s gateway to the world. “We are confident that this shuttle service will enable travelers from Dubai and the Northern Emirates to make the most of our exceptional offers and fly to exclusive destinations at unrivalled prices comfortably through our fast-growing network of airline operators and destinations,” Bourienne added. Passengers need not pre-book tickets and can purchase them while boarding the bus at Ibn Battuta bus station or at the terminals in Abu Dhabi International Airport. Abu Dhabi International Airport recorded positive passenger traffic for the second quarter of 2022, with scheduled passenger flights increasing by 117 per cent compared to the second quarter of 2021. AUH was also connected to 104 scheduled passenger destinations served by 22 airlines, compared to 74 destinations by 19 airlines in Q2 2021.
