However, now students can choose to return to their campus for a hybrid learning model starting Sunday. A maximum of 25 per cent of students would be allowed to return to the campus, with that number gradually increased. The Ministry of Education has also implemented a monitoring and inspection system through an operations room open 24 hours a day to ensure that the precautionary guidelines are met at all educational establishments throughout the country.
