Sharjah announces free public parking for Eid Al Adha

Public parking in Sharjah will be free on the first three days of Eid Al Adha, Sharjah Municipality announced on Tuesday.

Parking fees will be waived from Tuesday, July 20 until Thursday, July 22, the municipality said on Twitter.

However, it stressed that parking will not be free on Arafat Day, which falls on Monday, July 19.

Paid parking will also continue throughout the week in the seven-day paid parking zones – including during the Eid holidays – which can be identified by the blue parking information sign.

The UAE has announced Eid Al Adha holidays for private and private sector workers in the country from on Monday, July 19 until Thursday, July 22.
