The mixed-use project will include the kingdom’s first Blue Flag-certified international standard beach at Al-Khobar Corniche. Bayfront will be located on the northern part of Al-Khobar’s beach, spanning over 100,000 square metres from the shore, with a 1,600-square-metre island. “The SAR250m ($66.5m) project offers a variety of retail, a mix of upper casual and fine-dining restaurants as well as leisure and recreational features that are suitable for families and visitors to get away and enjoy beach life on the stunning east coast,” said Abdul Qadir Al Muhaidib, senior portfolio manager at Al-Muhaidib Group.
