Saudi sells SAR4bn of domestic sukuk

The Islamic bonds were sold in the kingdom’s monthly auction

Saudi Arabia’s finance ministry sold SAR4bn ($1.1bn) of domestic Islamic bonds in its monthly auction by re-opening an issue originally made in July, the ministry said on Monday.

It sold SAR2.25bn of five-year sukuk, SAR500m of seven-year and SAR1.25bn of 10-year, bringing the total issue size to SAR7.465bn.
