The Ministry of Health in Saudi Arabia took to Twitter to announce 1,158 new Covid-19 cases on April 23.
The city of Madinah reported 293 cases, followed by Makkah (209) and Jeddah (208).
The ministry also confirmed the deaths of seven individuals as a result of the Covid-19 infection, raising the death toll to 121.
Since the outbreak, Saudi Arabia has reported a total of 13,930 Covid-19 infections.
As many as 113 additional recoveries were recorded in the kingdom, spiking the total recoveries to 1,925.
