Saudi prince dies, UAE leaders offer condolences

Saudi royal Prince Abdullah bin Faisal bin Turki the First (1st) bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has passed away, the Saudi royal court announced on Monday.

Funeral prayers for him will be held on Tuesday, February 19, following Asr prayers at the Imam Turki bin Abdullah mosque in Riyadh, it said.

UAE leaders including President Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai and Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan have conveyed their condolences to Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz, official news agency WAM reported.
