Saudi Aramco Total Refining and Petrochemical Company’s (SATORP) refinery in Jubail, a joint venture by France’s Total and Saudi Aramco, began a gradual startup of operations last year. “All the refining and petrochemicals units should be operational by the end of first quarter 2014.
