UAE President meets Saudi Crown Prince on sidelines of G20 summit

UAE President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan met with Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister, Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, at the sidelines of the G20 summit.

The two leaders discussed relations between the UAE and Saudi Arabia, as well as topics of mutual interest including those on the agenda of the summit, official news agency WAM reported.

The UAE President was invited to attend the summit by Indonesia, which holds the current G20 presidency. Meanwhile, the Saudi Crown Prince is heading the kingdom’s delegation participating at the summit.

The meeting was attended by Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Presidential Court; Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation; Suhail bin Mohammed Al Mazrouei, Minister of Energy and Infrastructure; and Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Saudi Arabia.
