The move aims to optimise traffic flow and enhance the road usage experience for motorists throughout Dubai. The new pricing structure will apply every day of the year, excluding the holy month of Ramadan, with different toll rates based on the time of day: Peak hours (6am – 10am and 4pm – 8pm): Dhs6 per crossing Off-peak hours (10am – 4pm and 8pm – 1am): Dhs4 per crossing Late night (1am – 6am, 7 days a week): No toll charge Sundays (excluding public holidays and events): Dhs4, applicable throughout both peak and off-peak hours, excluding late night hours During the holy month of Ramadan, the toll rates will be adjusted to accommodate changes in travel patterns: Peak hours (9am – 5pm): Dhs6 per crossing Off-peak hours (7am – 9am and 5pm – 2am): Dhs4 per crossing Late night (2am – 7am): No toll charge No change in Salik rates at these gates Salik also clarified that there will be no change to the charging method at the Al Safa North and South toll gates, and the Al Mamzar North and South toll gates.
