The airline describes it as a “perfect blend of cutting-edge technology and timeless elegance.” With its headquarters situated at Riyadh’s King Khalid International Airport, Riyadh Air aspires to expand its services to over 100 destinations by 2030, and become the largest airline in the Middle East. #RiyadhAir writes a new chapter in the sky, taking technology to new heights and hospitality to a whole new level. Operating from the capital of Riyadh, the airline will help enable the transformation of the capital into one of the world’s top cities economies. Riyadh Air is chaired by Yasir Al-Rumayyan, governor of PIF, while Tony Douglas, who brings more than 40 years of experience in the aviation, transportation and logistics industries, has been appointed chief executive officer. Operating from Riyadh as its hub, the airline is expected to add $20bn to non-oil GDP growth, and create more than 200,000 direct and indirect jobs.
