Qatar Airways launches Premium Experience campaign featuring Deepika Padukone

Qatar Airways has launched a new brand campaign in collaboration with Indian actress Deepika Padukone.

The campaign is the culmination of the airline’s endeavour to redefine the Qatar Airways Premium experience, particularly through showcasing the Qsuite.

 

“This collaboration brings together refinement and grace, and Deepika showcases beautifully on how Qatar Airways offers award-winning premium experiences both in the sky and on the ground to its customers,” said Akbar Al Baker, Qatar Airways group chief executive.

“Deepika is an obvious choice as she has the right global appeal and charisma for our brand.”

The airline, which posted its highest ever net profit of QAR5.6bn ($1.54bn) during the fiscal year 2021/22, currently flies to more than 150 destinations worldwide, connecting through its Doha hub, Hamad International Airport.

Countries and airlines in the GCC have featured key achievers across the sports and entertainment industry to promote their offerings. Football icon David Beckham was roped in by Qatar Tourism last year for a holiday campaign to boost the country’s tourism target to attract more than six million visitors a year by 2030.
