UAE’s PureHealth has completed its acquisition of Circle Health Group, the UK’s largest independent operator of hospitals.
Hamad Al Hammadi, chairman of the Board of Directors of PureHealth, said: “We are pleased to complete the acquisition of Circle in record time. Valued at circa $1.2bn before debt, this acquisition firmly positions the UAE-based company in the global healthcare ecosystem.
