Located within the XXII Carat beachfront community, the two-storey 12,140 sqft villa is spread across a 26,033 sqft plot featuring a private beach, private pool and landscaped garden. With a total of seven ensuite bedrooms, the brand-new villa will be fully customised with luxury finishings featuring European furniture brands, Italian marble and a crystal bathtub, a statement said. The property will also feature outdoor kitchen and bar areas and an indoor steam room. Russian-based Forum Group Company, the developer of XXII Carat, confirmed the deal and purchase amount, which was closed in May 2021 and officially registered with the Dubai Land Department in June 2021. The buyer has not been publicly revealed. Prior to this, the most expensive villa sold in 2021 was One100Palm, which sold for Dhs111.25m. The most expensive villa ever sold in Dubai is stated to be another Palm Jumeirah mansion, which fetched Dhs185m in 2015. Amenities include a private beach club, concierge service and a residents-only clubhouse. Another villa from the development sold for Dhs105m in May this year.
