However, fully vaccinated customers are exempted from this directive. The rule will come into effect from Saturday, February 13. Public can alternatively perform transactions through the force’s smart channels, including its app, website, call centre (901) and Smart Police Stations (SPS), which operate 24/7 and without human intervention.
