The visit comes at the invitation of the two countries’ leaderships, Pakistan’s foreign ministry said on Monday. His state visit to Saudi Arabia will begin on Tuesday, September 18, where he will call on King Salman bin Abdulaziz and hold talks with Crown Prince Mohammad Bin Salman in Riyadh. Khan will be accompanied by Pakistan’s foreign minister, the finance minister and his commerce adviser, and the ministers will also meet their Saudi counterparts to discuss bilateral cooperation. The cricketer-turned-politician is also expected to visit Madinah during his trip. The delegation will then head to the UAE on Wednesday, September 19 on the invitation of Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan. The two leaders will discuss bilateral issues, Pakistan’s foreign ministry said.
