The group has also unveiled an ambitious 11 million square feet project on the Jumeirah coastline, with Beyond’s developments taking up eight million square feet of the project. Omniyat’s other divisions will contribute an additional three million square feet dedicated to luxury and ultra-luxury living experiences. The project, located along Dubai’s Jumeirah coastline, will feature extensive green spaces, world-class amenities, and high-tech interactive technologies designed to personalise homeowners’ experiences. The development will also feature a range of high-end services and hospitality options. Omniyat partners with Dubai Maritime City Mahdi Amjad, the founder and executive chairman of Omniyat Group, highlighted the strategic importance of the project. “This collaboration allows us to create an unparalleled destination within the Maritime City master plan, setting a new standard for urban living where luxury, nature, and innovation come together,” he said. Amjad further emphasised the brand’s commitment to excellence, stating, “Beyond embodies our relentless pursuit of being best-in-class in every aspect.
