Home GCC Oman weather: Dhofar governorate to see thunderstorms, rain The CAA advised residents to follow weather alerts, and take precaution while travelling through low-lying areas and the sea by Marisha Singh May 15, 2024 Image credit: CAA/X Oman’s meteorology agency, the Civial Aviation Authority (CAA), has forecast scattered rain and thunderstorms in the country’s Dhofar governorate for the coming days. The met department predicted convective cloud activity which would bring scattered rain showers across Dhofar from May 14 to 17.
