Nikki Beach to open resort in Ras Al Khaimah

The 155-key property will be developed by RAK Properties and located in Mina Al Arab

RAK Properties has partnered with Nikki Beach Global to develop Nikki Beach Resort and Spa Ras Al Khaimah.

The new branded resort with beach access will be located at Mina Al Arab in Ras al Khaimah. It will be operated and managed by Nikki Beach.

The 155-hotel key resort will include rooms and villas. Guests will have access to the brand’s signature Nikki Spa, Tone Gym, and restaurant concepts.

Further details of the hotel development and opening date are yet to be announced.

Nikki Beach Resort and Spa Ras Al Khaimah will be designed by Gensler. Gensler will follow the Barjeel guidelines set by the RAK Municipality, integrating local products and natural materials in various aspects of the building and its interiors. They will also connect with local artists to highlight the natural beauty of Mina Al Arab, and incorporat sustainable technology in the design of the property.

Nikki Beach will be the third hotel within RAK Properties’ hospitality portfolio.

Recently, Aldar Properties partnered with Nikki Beach Global to develop three branded residential buildings in Ras Al Khaimah. They will be located as part of a larger beachfront community on Al Marjan Island. Sales for them are set to launch later this year itself.

Ras Al Khaimah welcomed 600,000 visitors between January and June 2023, an increase of 14.8 per cent compared to the corresponding period in 2022. This year’s figures also represents its highest ever tourism-related revenue achieved for a half-year period
