Palm Jebel Ali is being developed to offer waterfront living, featuring expansive green spaces, people-oriented mobility and smart city technology. The island is set on 13.4 square kilometres of land and has the longest coastline of any destination in Dubai. It will also offer more than 80 hotels and resorts as well as several retail and dining experiences. The release of the villas on the island is in line with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and the Dubai Economic Agenda D33. Coral and Beach villas on offer on Palm Jebel Ali Positioning the island as a residential and lifestyle destination of choice, the villas feature distinct designs mirroring the surrounding environment, reflecting the blue waters and white beaches, and scenic nature that residents will enjoy.
