Avani Palm View Dubai Hotel and Suites has rebranded into an Avani+ property following a series of additions to its facilities.

Avani+ Palm View Dubai Hotel and Suites now features a new Lebanese restaurant and a collection of meeting rooms, as well as fresh social spaces and an all-new Avani Club.

The menu at the new Lebanese restaurant, La Sirène, features dishes including sea bass sababiyah and double-cooked octopus, as well as a range of hot and cold mezze. The restaurant also has views of Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, and Burj Al Arab.

The rebranded property has also added two new meeting rooms, Palm 1 and Palm 2. These flexible meeting rooms can host group sizes ranging from smaller business meeting to larger social gatherings. They’re equipped with high-definition video conferencing facilities, customisable temperature controls and flexible seating arrangements.

The all-new Avani Club meanwhile is an exclusive space open daily from 6.30am-10pm for eligible guests. Here, they are served refreshments throughout the day, in addition to afternoon tea and complimentary pre-dinner drinks.

The 48-storey Avani+ Palm View Dubai Hotel and Suites is located between Palm Jumeirah, Dubai Media City, and Dubai Marina. It features 247 Avani Serviced Apartments, ranging from 41 sqm studios to 165 sqm three-bedroom units, with fully equipped kitchens, private terraces, and living spaces.

“We’re delighted that Avani Palm View Dubai has achieved Avani+ status, representing our first Avani+ in the region. Since launching in December 2020, the hotel has been very well received by the market, running continuously at very high occupancy levels, and now introducing new facilities and services,” says Amir Golbarg, senior vice president Middle East and Africa for Minor Hotels.

There are only a handful of Avani+ properties worldwide. These include Avani+ Riverside Bangkok Hotel, Avani+ Khao Lak Resort in Thailand and Avani+ Luang Prabang in Laos.

The Avani Hotels and Resorts brand is a part of Minor Hotels. Minor says that the Avani+ designation is reserved for properties with a prime location and feature destination dining concepts, AvaniFit gyms, modern design, and dedicated social living spaces.
