Meraas awards Dhs850m construction contract for Bvlgari Lighthouse

Meraas, a subsidiary of Dubai Holding Real Estate, has awarded a Dhs850m contract to Dutco Construction for the development of Bvlgari Lighthouse, its luxury residential project on Jumeirah Bay Island.

The announcement signals the start of construction for the 27-storey tower, following the recent completion of marine works on the island, a premier destination featuring private beaches and some of Dubai’s most sought-after residences.

Designed by architecture firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel, Bvlgari Lighthouse will feature four- and five-bedroom penthouses and a signature eight-bedroom Sky Villa spanning the top three floors.

The villa will offer private rooftop gardens, a swimming pool, and extensive outdoor living spaces.

Khalid Al Malik, CEO of Dubai Holding Real Estate, highlighted the significance of the Bvlgari Lighthouse project: “Our collaboration with Dutco Construction marks a critical step in bringing this iconic development to life.”

Bvlgari Lighthouse’s highlights

Scheduled for completion in Q2 2027,  the property will offer panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf and the emirate’s skyline.

Its façade, inspired by the organic movement of coral, is designed to filter light and air, creating a serene and private atmosphere for residents.

In addition to the tower’s opulent living spaces, residents will enjoy exclusive access to the adjacent Bvlgari Resort Dubai, including the Bvlgari Marina and Yacht Club, landscaped gardens, private beaches and fine dining establishments.

The project marks Bvlgari’s third collaboration with Meraas.
