UAE NATIONAL AL Jaber is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Al Jaber Group, claimed to be the UAE’s largest private sector employer with assets of $5 billion. The company won contracts with ADNOC, Khalifa Port, Saadiyat, Shell Middle East and Lusail among others last year. She is considered an ambassador for women in the workplace and is the chairwoman of the Executive Authority for Abu Dhabi Businesswomen Council. She is also the first Emirati woman to be elected to the board of directors at the Abu Dhabi Chamber of Commerce.
