Not only does she manage the giant family conglomerate Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group, but she is also president of Dubai Business Women Council, deputy chairperson of Dubai Healthcare City Authority, a board member of Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry and a board director for the Al Jalila Foundation. In 2014, she became the first Emirati woman on the board of HSBC Bank Middle East. She is also recognised for her philanthropic work with the Easa Saleh Al Gurg Charity Foundation.
