Lincoln Middle East reports best sales figures in six years

Its lineup includes the Corsair, Nautilus, Aviator and Navigator

Lincoln Middle East has reported its highest year-to-date sales figures since 2015.

In July, new Lincoln sales increased by 41 per cent compared to the same period last year, with August and September experiencing a 40 per cent and 31 per cent increase, respectively.

Lincoln’s current range consists of four models: the compact premium crossover Corsair, the mid-size Nautilus, the three-row and 10-speed Aviator and the full-size Navigator.

In July 2021, the biggest selling Lincoln was Nautilus, while the Navigator came out on top in August and September.

“Building on a successful 2020 sales result, Lincoln has been seeing exceptional growth this year,” said Sami Malkawi, managing director for Lincoln Middle East. “Our clear focus on luxury SUVs continues to pay off, as they appeal to a huge sector of Middle East buyers.”

“Our distributors have done exceptionally well this year, delivering the best-in-class experience of buying and owning our luxury vehicles.”

The dealer strategy that the carmaker has adopted is called as The Lincoln Way, which reimagines dealerships as spaces more akin to that of a five-star hotel lobby rather than a traditional car sales showroom.

“We have no sales desks, instead there are welcoming pavilions with luxuriant soft furnishings, where your sales assistant will sit next to you as you peruse the swatches of leather, wood and other luxury materials, and view the extensive paint samples to select your favoured specification,” says Malkawi of The Lincoln Way concept showrooms.

“Everything is transparent – figuratively and literally – with absolutely no pressure. We don’t simply facilitate transactions; buying a Lincoln is a journey and our dealerships are as remarkably well designed as the vehicles in Lincoln’s lineup.”

extensive personalisation programme also includes the Presidential trim line for the models in the current range, with those customers showing interest in this trim hosted in special rooms. Clients of this trim are given samples of of Alcantara roof-linings, special hide trims that cover the full interior surfaces of Presidential models and also experience premium audio systems.
