Home World Middle East Landmark Signs ME Franchise Rights For Jamba Juice The company’s Foodmark branch plans to open 80 stores across the region over the next 10 years. by Neil Churchill January 6, 2014 Landmark Hospitality, the hospitality and leisure arm of Landmark Group, has signed the exclusive franchise rights to launch Jamba Juice – a global health and active lifestyle brand. Through Foodmark, its food and beverage division, Landmark will bring the brand to the Middle East region with an estimated 80 stores planned across the GCC over the next 10 years. “We are confident that this partnership with a global leader in the health food and beverages sector will be well received in the region, where the soaring temperatures and humidity levels make it necessary for residents and visitors to keep hydrating themselves,” said Kieran Mallon, COO of Foodmark. Jamba Juice offers foods and beverages including juices, smoothies, yoghurts and wraps with a specific focus on vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. “Customers are becoming increasingly health conscious in their choice of food and drink, and Jamba Juice will offer beverage options that provide optimum levels of hydration and nutrients,” said Mallon. “We will leverage Jamba Juice’s 24 years of experience and success in the US, Korea and the Philippines and our own regional experience in the F&B sector to bring to customers a truly differentiated product range.” The franchise agreement is the latest step in the U.S.’s company’s efforts to expand its international growth.
