Kuwait’s Agility, one of the largest Gulf logistics companies, reported a five per cent rise in first-quarter net profit on Sunday.
The firm’s net profit in the three months to March 31 was KD11.8 million ($39.20 million), compared with KD11.2 million in the same period a year ago, it said in a bourse filing.
SICO Bahrain had forecast Agility would make a quarterly profit of KD11.8 million.
Quarterly operating revenue was KD318.1 million, up from KD314.3 million a year earlier.
