The project, called Majestic Vistas, will include 40 villas featuring design inspired by Automobili Lamborghini, a statement said. The architecture, interiors and landscaping will have patterns similar to Lamborghini super sports models – for instance the Y motif found in the cars will be used in room layouts, light fittings, wall and floor coverings. Residents can also opt to fit out their villas in specially crafted Automobili Lamborghini-branded furniture at an additional cost. Majestic Vistas will be located within the lavish Dubai Hills Vista development, which is currently under construction. The villas will be the last to be developed within Dubai Hills Estate development, the statement said. Located at the crossroads of Al Qudra and Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road, Dubai Hills Estate is spread across 2,700 acres that includes an 18-hole championship golf course and a central park spread over about 180,000 sqm. Surrounding the golf course will be over 4,400 villas and townhouses and some 22,000 apartments. The development also has community retail areas, three schools and a 54km cycling route. The massive Dubai Hills Mall within the development is also due to open in Q1 2022. Dubai has been seeing an increase in the sales of luxury properties this year. In the first five months of the year, 22 properties worth more than $10m were sold in the emirate, the most since 2015 and up from a total of 19 last year.
