IHG, Sankari to debut standalone Regent Residences in Dubai

IHG Hotels & Resorts will launch the world’s first standalone upper-luxury Regent Residences in Dubai, in partnership with Sankari, the luxury real estate developer.

The Regent Residences Dubai – Sankari Place, a twin-tower development designed by Foster + Partners, will be located in the city’s Marasi Marina neighbourhood and feature 63 luxury units alongside 10 floating homes.

The project, slated for completion by the end of 2027, marks a significant milestone for IHG’s luxury portfolio expansion in the Middle East. The development reflects Dubai’s growing stature as a leader in the branded residences sector, driven by rising demand for premium lifestyle and real estate offerings.

Regent Residences project aligns with IHG’s vision

The waterfront development will offer panoramic views of Dubai Creek and Downtown Dubai, with proximity to major business and entertainment hubs.

The twin towers will feature full-floor residences with private pools, expansive outdoor living spaces, and world-class amenities, including health and fitness centres, a golf simulator, a cinema and gaming room.

The project aligns with IHG’s vision to establish Regent destinations worldwide.
