Hyatt Hotels Corporation has announced the opening of its third hotel in Saudi Arabia.
The 28-floor property, developed by Mohammed A. Al-Swailem Co. for Commercial Investment, is located within the Olaya financial area near King Abdullah Financial District.
It includes 221 guest rooms and 40 suites with a contemporary mashrabiya motif.
There is also a club floor offering complimentary internet access, breakfast, afternoon tea and other benefits.
Food and beverage outlets include the American-inspired Fifty Sixth Avenue Diner and Aegean themed Azure.
There is also a ballroom and eight other event venues spread across 10,700 square feet. , as well as spa facilities, an indoor swimming pool, and kids club.

The company also operates a Park Hyatt property in Jeddah and a Hyatt Regenecy in Makkah.
