Hayya Card holders can enter Qatar until January 2024

Qatar has extended the validity of the Hayya Card for both fans and organisers residing outside the country, officials have announced.

All Hayya Card holders will be allowed to enter Qatar starting today, until January 24, 2024, subject to certain conditions, the Ministry of Interior has said.

However, the cardholders wishing to enter the country must have proof of hotel reservation or appropriate accommodation approved with the online Hayya portal as well as a passport valid for at least three months upon arrival.

Incoming travellers must have a return ticket on them as well as health insurance valid for the duration of their stay in Qatar, the ministry added.
