Home Industry Hospitality Germany’s Deutsche Hospitality partners with Al Hamra Deutsche Hospitality will manage Al Hamra Residences and Al Hamra Village Hotel, which will rebrand as Steigenberger Residences and MAXX by Deutsche Hospitality by Gulf Business March 22, 2022 Deutsche Hospitality is expanding into the UAE by joining hands with Al Hamra in Ras Al Khaimah. The German company will take on management of Al Hamra Residences and Al Hamra Village Hotel. The resorts will rebrand as Steigenberger Residences and MAXX by Deutsche Hospitality in future. “The partnership with Al Hamra represents an important milestone in Deutsche Hospitality’s growth strategy in the Middle East,” said Marcus Bernhardt, CEO of Deutsche Hospitality. “The UAE is a very attractive market, and the potential for our eight hotel brands is high. In other news, Al Hamra recently unveiled plans for a Dhs1bn freehold luxury villa project – the Falcon Island – within the Al Hamra Village residential community in the emirate.
