Of the newly diagnosed cases, the highest were reported in Jeddah (195), Madinah (91) and Riyadh (84). The recent diagnosis has spiked the total number of Covid-19 infections in the kingdom to 6,380. Oman The Ministry of Health announced 109 new coronavirus cases in the country, Times of Oman reported on April 16. Among the newly diagnosed cases, 12 are Omanis and 97 are expatriates. Kuwait The Ministry of Health reported 119 new Covid-19 cases in the last 24 hours, Kuwait News Agency reported on April 16. A total of 1,524 people have been infected in the country till now, while three have succumbed to the disease.
