GCC Covid-19 update: UAE reports 380 cases, 2 deaths; Oman registers 1,318 infections, 3 fatalities

UAE
The Ministry of Health and Prevention registered 380 Covid-19 cases, as a result of over 40,000 tests conducted to screen for the contagion.

Two additional deaths were also reported, scaling the death toll to 305.

The total number of infections have now risen to 45,683 while the recoveries tally 33,703.

Oman
The Ministry of Health reported 1,318 Covid-19 cases and three deaths. Of the newly diagnosed cases, 853 were Omanis.

The death toll and infection count stand at 140 and 32,394 respectively.

Bahrain
Of the 7,927 Covid-19 tests conducted on June 22, 643 new cases were detected, Bahrain’s Ministry of Health confirmed.

There were 443 recoveries, increasing the total recoveries to 16,862.
