Home Covid-19 GCC Covid-19 update: UAE reports 262 cases; 263 infections registered in Oman The death toll in the UAE has risen to 358 by Zainab Mansoor August 11, 2020 UAE The Ministry of Health and Prevention has confirmed 262 new Covid-19 cases registered across the country on August 11. The new cases were detected as a result of 64,110 additional Covid-19 tests, conducted to screen for the virus, The new cases identified are undergoing treatment. Since the virus outbreak late last year, the UAE has registered a total of 62,966 infections thus far. Of the infected patients, a total of 56,961 have now recovered.
