GCC Covid-19 update: UAE reports 1,310 cases, 5 deaths; Oman confirms 223 infections

UAE
The UAE has reported 1,310 new Covid-19 cases, 683 recoveries and five deaths in the preceding 24 hours.

The new cases were detected in the wake of 100,011 tests conducted across the country. The case count, therefore, has risen to 161,365, including 150,261 recoveries and 559 fatalities.

Oman
The Ministry of Health has registered 223 new coronavirus cases and five deaths, scaling the infection count to 122,579.

The death toll in the country has risen to 1,391, Times of Oman reported.

Bahrain
The health ministry confirmed that 181 new infections were detected from 10,426 tests carried out on November 23.
