Home Covid-19 GCC Covid-19 update: UAE reports 1,146 cases; 363 infections confirmed in Oman The death toll in the UAE has risen to 515 by Zainab Mansoor November 9, 2020 UAE The Ministry of Health and Prevention reported 1,146 new cases, 668 recoveries and one death in the preceding 24 hours. The new cases were detected in the wake of 85,643 tests conducted to screen for the virus. As many as 143,289 people have contracted the virus since its first occurence in the UAE. A total of 118,503 cases have now been confirmed, including 108,968 recoveries and 1,310 fatalities.
