Home Covid-19 GCC Covid-19 update: UAE reports 1,111 cases; 422 infections confirmed in Oman The death toll in the UAE has risen to 480 by Zainab Mansoor October 26, 2020 UAE The Ministry of Health and Prevention detected 1,111 new cases from an additional 85,093 tests conducted across the UAE. As many as 1,819 recoveries and three fatalities were also reported in the preceding 24 hours. A total of 126,234 people have been infected, since the virus was first detected in the country, of whom 120,750 have now recovered. Meanwhile, 480 patients succumbed to the virus after having contracted it. Oman The sultanate reported 422 new coronavirus cases, 390 recoveries and 16 deaths, Times of Oman reported.
