The Dubai-based carrier will become the first national carrier to operate direct flights from Dubai as well as the UAE to the coastal city in Kenya. Flights to Moi International Airport (MBA) will operate four times a week from Terminal 3 at Dubai International (DXB). Emirates will codeshare on this route. It includes Addis Ababa, Alexandria, Asmara, Dar es Salaam, Djibouti, Entebbe, Hargeisa, Juba, Mogadishu and Zanzibar. Return business class fares from DXB to MBA start from Dhs4,200 and economy class lite fares start from Dhs1,600. Return business class fares from MBA to DXB start from $1,500 and economy class lite fares start from $500. Ghaith Al Ghaith, chief executive officer at flydubai, said, “We remain committed to opening up underserved markets and supporting Dubai’s aviation hub.
