The mega-development is spread over an area of six million square metres. The fully integrated community includes The Dubai Twin Towers, a mixed-use development, in addition to a central business district, an entrepreneurial zone, cultural amenities, residences, luxury hotels, educational facilities, healthcare centres, and a waterfront shopping mall. The project stretches from the banks of the Dubai Creek, through central parcels of land linked to Al Khail Road and across Ras Al Khor.
